So I just got an iPad and i was just looking for suggestions for two player games. I already have checkers and table/air hockey and I saw that foosball game and I'm pretty excited for that. Anyone have other suggestions?

Battle on the block. It is a fun two player game where your gang takes on another gang playing 21 as the fighting mechanic. My daughter and I play it once in a while.

I didn't think Blokus had a pass and play mode.

A bit of a late addition to the thread, but I've create two (free) two-player games so far and plan to release more -- Ogs and City Bucks are the two first ones, see VersusPad.com

I just had a two-player game come out for iOS. It's a two-player punch out game, like rockem' sockem' style. Let's Fight! It is Free, so check it out and tell me what you think.

Dont forget to try out Carcassonne, it has a pass n play mode and also allows you to play over 3G.

It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny.
