RC Helicopter Challenge 3D New free rc helicopter simulater game that comes with amazing 3D graphics and sounds is coming to the appstore and android in September 2013. The aim of the game is to complete 10 levels completing a different challenge on each level from landing the helicopter on a helipad, to collecting gold stars, shooting toy soldiers using your on-board missiles and shooting at whiskey bottles watching them explode. Each level has a timer and you must complete the challenge before the timer runs out. I hate to rain on your parade, but to me, this just doesn't look that good. Not very realistic, considering this is actually called a simulator. The rotors seen to be in slow-motion and it doesn't appear to handle like an RC either. The environments look well drawn, though. With an RC sim, it's all about performance though, and this just doesn't feel impressive. I like a good heli or airplane sim and fly real RC's as well. I have 7 or 8 RC toys in my garage. So I think I'll stick with the other apps I already have that are spot-on at this point.
