      ...when you buy a not-so-well-known app and it gets in the top 50 and you feel proud...
      i do sometimes...

      I refuse to buy any applications until they are in the #1 slot, so that would be a resounding no.

      I go around and buy them from every App Store. I managed to get it so that each one of my computers around the house are programed on different stores!

      I bought, what was it, 30 Dells or so for this single purpose!

      It cost me upwards of about $8,000 but I thought it was worth it. When Apple makes a World-Wide Top 50, I'll probably blow the hell out of them with my Desert Eagle.

      But then, like when fifa 10 was out in NZ but not anywhere else, it would confuse people and some apps are not in every app store.
