I switched from Android to iOS about a year ago and since then I own 250+ premium games in my library (I'm not even counting IAPs from free games). I didn't know and expect this game to be such success, I just put it on my wishlist and was patiently waiting.. Around a summer break I realized I made a mistake not buying it right away when it came out but I decided to wait for the sale instead. I just didn't want those months of waiting "to waste". Anyway, it's here with its first sale ever and I couldn't be happier. I hope the year of waiting will be worth it. During this year I learnt there's no reason to wait for what I want and I can say I didn't make the same mistake ever since. As said, I wouldn't call everyone "criminal". I just didn't know better back then and I already did learn my lesson. This is a must-have game and I'm glad it's finally in my collection. Thanks for the heads up. I don't feel right playing a salsa clone with one attack button. Is there anyone that could push me off the fence, into buying this? The combat is great too. I understand there are some that don't like the game for whatever reason, but as a long time Zelda fan, I love this game. Bought it the day it came out. Just keep in mind it's not identical to Zelda, but it definitely borrows a lot from it. They have already proven that they will add free content to the game, and I hope that if a lot of people buy this game during the sale, it will encourage them to add still more. I don't think that $4.99 is very much for a game of this quality. It has some of the best graphics in the App Store, as well as a good story and gameplay. Rip73 Well-Known Member Nov 18, 2011 4,399 0 0 #13 Rip73, Dec 16, 2014 Last edited: Dec 16, 2014 Agreed, everybody should buy it, everybody. As PSJ said earlier, it is an iOS classic and people really should have bought it on day one at full price as the dev certainly has brought a AAA game out here and has done outstanding work in supporting the new tech/devices and adding content. I'm glad they didn't go lower in the sale price (or the original for that matter) as the outright complete quality of the product simply would not be reflected by a lower price point. So if people were on the fence before, nows your chance to get something phenomenal for a way too low price that will return huge levels of entertainment. It is well worth it at full price so absolutely no excuse now as I can't see this ever being repeated. coolpepper43 ð® Spam Police ð Aug 31, 2012 4,615 7 38 On the toilet #14 coolpepper43, Dec 16, 2014 Omg, I bought this last night! anyone know if it's possible to get refunded the difference. C.Hannum Well-Known Member Feb 13, 2011 2,512 0 36 New York State #15 C.Hannum, Dec 16, 2014 You *can* get a refund for the full price - just go to reportaproblem.apple.com But, before you run off to do that, remember the following: You will still own the license to the game - getting a refund from the app store does not revoke ownership - so *cannot* re-purchase it. You will get to keep and play the game for $0. That's how the app store works. You were obviously willing to pay the $8.99, so not sure how you can act surprised or saddened by this. It's app store 101: only pay what you think a game is worth and kindly STFU if the price goes down. JMan121314 Well-Known Member Apr 9, 2014 159 0 0 #16 JMan121314, Dec 16, 2014 You insult the game! I haven't tested it myself. Rip73 Well-Known Member Nov 18, 2011 4,399 0 0 #19 Rip73, Dec 16, 2014 Correct. If one gets a refund for a game, "ownership" is revoked, it is removed from purchase list history and in order to redownload in any circumstance (device restore, app update, etc.), one will have to purchase again or more accurately first time purchase if a refund has been given. People who do get refunds on a purchased app can of course just buy it again to restore ownership. I still consider this game well worth the original price though and I personally wouldn't be inclined to get a refund and rebuy if I were in that circumstance but each to their own I suppose. I can see how it might burn a bit and lessen the experience in some cases but in this one, well, it was a bargain at the original price for me, a price I felt very comfortable with and even felt it was worth a lot more. cloudpuff Well-Known Member Sep 12, 2013 3,600 0 36 lazy layabout uk #20 cloudpuff, Dec 16, 2014 They wouldn't refund just because of a price drop though would they? I'm guessing he'd have to lie and say game is faulty or summat? I agree about spending what you think a game is worth, I've had a lot of games drop free to free a day after buying but it never entered my head to try get a refund as it was worth it at the time...
