My game was released on 28 Nov (yesterday) But today, in itune connect there are still no sales report. Even appfigures and appwiz said that I have no app . But it's already on itune .What happen?? In mobile version of itune connect it's said that my app recent activity is 19831 day agos I though it have to be something strange happen to my game. Is there anyone ever face this problem?.
Sometimes the sales report takes a little while. The mobile version also seems to only update once a day. For me it seems to update sometime around 7am EST. You may want to also look into appannie.com. Its a free service that connects to your iTunes connect account and gives you some really good information. This as well can take a little while to update as well since it pulls the data from iTunes connect. Good luck!
Haha yea I know the feeling. Waiting for the first reports are like the longest waits ever!! It really depends on what time zone you have uploaded the app from. So you would have fallen into the new slot and effectively you would feel like there is a 2 day delay. However do not worry after the first report you will start to get them every 24 hours. Also note App Annie requires the Apple reports to be available to generate its own reports. They will release reports only once the apple reports are out. If you notice they take your apple iTunes developer account details for this reason.
My freinds said they will download, but I'm not sure. I'm adding my account to app annie, but this message show up. What's going on? Is there something happen with my account?
did you setup a new itunes connect user account under managed users in itunes connect? I did check my app account, once you register and give app annie access your allowed to see hourly rankings for your games as well as other peoples. i checked your game from my account but it said no ranking data.
You could always download one yourself to check. However it sounds like you just haven't had any sales yet. With no marketing you need a pretty amazing game to get people to part with money.
Well i just check again and you now showing on appannie as the best selling trivia app in thailand. which means you sold one copy in thailand

Okay,Finally the sales report have come. It was not good result tough . But I'wont give up. I have already released new version with new screenshots and improvement. I'm also released the game trailer on Youtube. The new version will take 4 more they to available. After that I will contact some review sites too. Thanks everyone.
