So I have a weird little hobby. I like to make folders in my iPad by theme, rather be genre. Sometimes it's just because the icons complement each other, or because they have similar art styles.

So now that Limbo is out on iOS, it occurred to me to create a folder full of games with the same silhouette/dark kind of style... here's what I have so far:

    Limbo (duh)
    Badland
    Contre Jour
Nihilumbra (fantastic game, can't believe I got it for free, I wish I could go back and pay for it)
    Hero of Many
About Love, Hate and the other ones

And a special spot for Blindscape, because you really cant get a game with a darker art style ;)

I have tons of games and I know there are others I'm not thinking of at the moment. Can anyone think of others?

Based on your list, you're looking for Limbo art-style rather than Limbo gameplay-style.

I can add 2 runners to your list... Not so much in gameplay, but should be somewhat similar in art-style.

    rComplex
    Vector

Hmm I can't find rComplex on the app store, never heard of it before. Penumbear was a good thought, so was Vector! I have them both already, added them. Miseria looks like a creepy Dizzy Bee, I didn't realize it was out!

Oh crap, i remember rComplex being removed from the appstore. I still have it though. So... Lucky me?

This is the official trailer of rComplex.

Canabalt is more retro looking than Noir-style/silhouette-style visuals-wise, so i think it's safe to not include it in the list.

How about Slender Rising and Incoboto (full versions) the former is definitely dark and beautiful, both are epic with headphones, and the latter is surprisingly dark with beautiful artwork. Additionally not only are both amazing on iPad Retina, but searching for all the different signs on the former and the malicious 'quotes' in the latter is quite fun. However, the two are nothing alike but both are great.

Also, you can try Garden of Fear, Nightsky is a great one, highly recommended, and Gravity Maze may also be a candidate, and D.A.R.K is now updated for iPad Retina.

Nightsky definitely fits the theme, added. God I wish they would make Grimm universal, I don't like upscaling (still have it on my phone though, I should go back and play that more).

Garden of Fear and D.A.R.K don't really fit I think.

Incoboto is quirky but too colorful I think... that goes in the folder with World of Goo and Little Inferno. :D Slender Rising works, but I'm er, um... scared of it. :p

Dammit Exact-Psience, now I want rComplex after watching that trailer!

I would say the game that comes closest to Limbo in both style and polish is Oscura -- which, sadly, seems to no longer be available.

Strangely it's gone from the US store but still available in some international stores.

Some big name games would be Dark Meadow and Batman, Arkham City Gotham; currently on sale for un dolares and with an icon that works at the very least.
