I haven't played these, but from screenshots slender rising looks marginally better and honestly more decent. The game is free currently so it's a steal anyway.
From what I hear, the Slender Rising games are the definitive Slender Man games on mobile. I have both of them, and they certainly look more high quality compared to the rest.
Yes, they are really good. They also have lots more puzzles. I'd prefer Slender Rising over the other games.
