It's all the rage with more recent games - heck, Bayonetta didn't even have underwear on half the time if you played her right. As for this game - the single screenshot makes me think Devil May Cry, instantly...
By SE, no doubt in my mind the story will be immersive enough for an iOS game. But I, too, am hoping this would be an eye-popping, action RPG instead of a turn-based, follow-this-path style game with good graphics. Considering they already have CR2 in the works, I'd bet my money on this being totally different (hopefully ).
This looks great. Not fussed which style it is in - turn based or action - or even a mixture of the two. Its good to see SE stepping things up a notch. Cant wait to see how this one develops.
Nah that is some super protective, super powered bikini! But seriously, 2012 is a LONG time span - I know they don't want to promise a date or anything but even narrowing it down to a Quarter would be great! It could be next December and still be within those dates!
This is NOT a card battle game, card battle game is this one http://www.famitsu.com/news/201109/15050347.html
It says right in the article that Demon score is 'card battle' not sure where you are finding the other one. it looks like this one is also a card battle game. The article also mentions that Square and Epic are bringing a card battle RPG from Unreal Engine 3 to ios/driod.
Nowhere does it say that this game is a card game, unless you count mistranslated Japanese sites. Diffusion Million Arthur is the card game according to IGN, and Epic Games would never make a card battle game with their engine anyways.
yah it's a bit confusing...IGN only mentions the 'Arthur' game will be card battle and nothing about this....well maybe let's just wait or someone confirm about this.Maybe a Japanese?
Looks like the quality of mobile games are really being ramped up, rivaling that of portable consoles. The big question for me is, will all these great sounding titles ever see the light of day in the English speaking world? I've had enough disappointments with Japanese companies that don't release their games out of Japan till months, or years after, if ever.
as always your input is very insightful. Square Enix is starting to become my favorite iOS dev. That single screen is pretty sweet.
Yeah. I found out that the other game was the real card battle game and not this. I think this will be like Infinity Blade-ish
If you stick the articles in Google Translate, it says pretty clearly that the Arthur game is the card battle game. Not sure where people are getting the idea that Demon's Score is one.
