Don't do it. It's shallow, slow, and boring when you're not getting hacked to bits... but super frustrating & cheap when fighting bosses and crowds of enemies. Plus, there's a good chance it'll crash on you. The graphics are really the only good thing about it...
I hear the camera (which was my single-largest complaint about the game) has been improved, but I've not re-downloaded the game to check it out. If indded it is better now, $6.99 is an OK price. Just keep in mind GL pushes IAPs a little too much in your direction, and the cutscenes are horrible!
NFS MW any day. Surely in my Top 5 games of the year. I mean, it is truly a mobile game so is no where as immersive as the console counterpart, but everything is tailored perfectly for the platform. The less said about old ports like GTA, the better.

Which iPad games should I get? [TD and TBS games] Ok My wife is buying me an iPad for Christmas and I have no idea where to start when it comes to games. I prefer TD games or most of all Turn-Based Strategy games. Can someone more experienced give me some advice on where to start and the best games on iPad that fit these 2 genres.
