What is experience in microsoft? like worked for them?

Why do you want experience in unity, xna, ios native, android native and isometric game engines. Which one are you actually using?

To attract talent to work for a % of revenue you really need to show some progress which people say they want to be a part of. As a developer you could make this yourself and be in charge rather than just do it for someone for a %.
