I'm a big fan of games that mix card-playing, rpg elements, & combat. I thought I would start a thread to share a list of all Trading Card Games / Collectible Card Games / Card Role-playing games that include some sort of battling system with (even very minor) rpg elements. If you are aware of a game that fits, please mention it and I'll add it to the master list.

an old thread with a bunch in it.

Also I think food fight and summoner wars fit that bill as well, and they are both coming soon from the guys who did ascension. Also galactic keep and fortress are coming soon.

Deckmake Fantasy is pretty cool. As long as you can take some grammatical errors along the way.

Really? I've finished a number of games.

But, it's been a while since I played - maybe an update broke something along the way...

Default Best CCG/TCG/LCG for new iPad

Hi folks,

Just wanted some advice from people who own both which are the best deck building games for the new iPad. I figure the new iPads retina display is perfect for the card images.

Im thinking Nightfall right now, as its a game thats been on My BGG wishlist forna while. Is Nightfall retina display on the iPad? Same question with regards AC: Recollection? Although is part of the the appeal of AC:R the world in which its set? Havent played any AC since the first one.

Thanks for the advice.
