I recommend trying
Azul media player -Supports all subtitle formats -Can change audio tracks now since the last update! rushplayer -Has the BEST video playback in the appstore but lacks support for some popular subtitle formats -Use this if you don't require subtitles or audio track switching functionality. AV Player - Decent media player - Doesn't support all subtitle formats - Cant change audio tracks( correct me if I am wrong) - Seems to be Azul media player's poorer step brother/clone Aceplayer -Only player that lets you manually choose both subtitle and audio tracks -doesn't utilize the 2 cores of the ipad 2 i think -Free! at least it was when i downloaded it Last edited by violentv; 10-16-2011 at 03:49 PM.. |

I just tried Gplayer @@. I think I might have found my favourite movie player after burning through 7-8 of them in the appstore.
Yes AV player runs decently..but azul, gplayer and rushplayer have better video playbacks. ( at least that's what I felt when I played my 720 p mkv files !) Last edited by violentv; 10-17-2011 at 01:32 AM.. |
