Hmm, last line of the review mentions "a seperate universal release"

It was right after talking about an update to address crashing on iPod touch 4th so it might mean a later update... Or a seperate universal release. Not really sure

The developer said in the upcoming thread that it will become universal in an update:

It'll be universal in the future! We don't believe in making people pay extra unless there's a huge ton of work needed. =)
