Congratulations on the release of "Awesome Land". Purchased.

The controls are tight. The ability to duck would be beneficial. Place a limit on the amount of times you're able to continue. Adding a time limit and score tracking would increase replay value. It felt extremely short but overall it was enjoyable. I liked the art style very much. More/longer levels. Different boss types. More humor. A Power Up (Beer?) Show Nintendo that Mario is soft for STILL chasing after that princess and all the iOS needs is Manley's quest for his motorcyle. [Sequel idea: Awesome Land 2: Even More Awesomer]

well...it's a great game oozing with style. The visuals are great and are complimented by a sweet soundtrack. Interesting premise of shooting enemies that drop 'pixels' and using those pixels as your ammunition.
I'd like to see improved load times and additional control schemes, but it's still a solid game.

If you are a fan of Mario, looking for titles on iOS devices, then this is the thing for you.
It is literally the exact same game, with few changes on the characters so they don't get sued for copywriting Nintendo.
For example, the main character resembles a Mario, big nose. lol, which happens to be backwards.
Instead of the loved Goombas and Koopas, there are worms and toucans.
So all in all, it's a good game. Its Mario. Anyone can enjoy a game of Mario, even if the well know characters are missing.
This game is really fun. It's as close as you can get to Mario on an apple device.
