Excellent game. Does anyone know how how to get into casual mode? I did it by accident and can't figure out how. Also, how do you pause? I just randomly tap until it happens

Is there any optional iPhone controls? This will be great with the iCade, but on the phone the control seems off somehow, with the ship being so slow to react and your finger obscuring the ship. Can't see any option screen or mode select.
