It depends on the contract between you and Chillingo, normally, they will ask you to sign a contract to give them the publishing right in 4-5 years, but you can make your negotiation with them to have the proper one.
However, like Rovio, they don't need to take back the publishing right, they releases themselves a Angry Bird "Season", another version of the game and it seems fine.
do you have any suggestions about working with Chillingo? Thanks!
Chillingo make it very well with good games, but for some only, for the rest game, if they're not so good, even Chillingo, they just can't help.
On my side, if you really believe to your content, do publish it yourself and take your lesson, it will help you with future moves on other games, or if your game is so great, I bet you will be happy because you won't need to share revenue and experience for someone else but you.
thanks, i'm still gonna choose Chillingo although I am confidence of my game, they have much stronger PR xps than me. I have no idea how to publish efficiently.

I hope this is Chillingo paying for most of the dev cost right? If not, I hope you guys are getting a BIG advance for that otherwise, you are fool to give away so much for nothing. Make sure that their PR will be more than just sending a press release and a newsletter.
They have a NDA so we are not allowed to tell you much, just:
They are nice guys and you can negotiate with them (make sure you do that).
Make sure you read the contract very carefully and consider things like: do I really want to share my IP and code etc?
Follow a few of their titels on App Annie...so you can see how much an average titel is really going to make (not their 5 best selling titels)
