Just released Episode 2: Cold Mountain Crisis!

Cold Mountain Crisis introduces snow; it slows ninjas and dinos down alike, falling periodically to cover tiles. Previous ninjas and dinos will have a hard time but of course the dinos and ninjas will adapt.

• New Ninjas, dinos, levels
• Redone UI
• Updated item system

Highly recommended. I played a pre-release build and this game is amazing. Each ninja covers one lane with fire so you have to franticly switch lanes and manage various upgrades/customizations. Putting low level ninjas in same lane as others makes them attack faster (interns deliver coffee). There are various styles of dinosaurs each with different attack styles. The blend of ninja customization, dino variety, and lane switching makes for heated gameplay with a good bit of variety and strategy. After certain levels you can unlock upgrades. There is a good pacing with new ninja upgrades and dinos introduced slowly. This is all done with a good sense of humor and levity accompanied by pleasing graphics. I've really enjoyed it.

It is criminal that this game is not getting more attention, this is a legitimate contender for game of the week. Give it a shot.

Forget it. It's not made with the Unreal engine, isn't a spin-off of a major franchise, has not been designed a Proven Industry Veteran, and costs two bucks. No one cares.

It seems we deserve the poor quality freemium driven marketplace we've got.

Lol, gotta start somewhere! And I dunno, I figure if we keep giving free episodes and iterating on the gameplay, it'll pick up. I think gamers will simply recognize good gameplay.

Oh retina display.. we started making the game 2 years ago, before the iphone 4. All our assets are in vector, so up-rezing the art won't be a big deal, but there's back end stuff too. Then we gotta figure out-- do players want retina first or a new episode first.

The game play looks very fun. I am hoping to pick this one up in the very near future.
