EDIT: All I have to say is....

IF YOU EVER... liked Outrun.... YOU NEED THIS GAME!!

Sure there is no crazy drifting like in Outrun, but this game is awesome from graphics, sound to controls

I only tried out the virtual Steering Wheel, but it worked wonderful

Thus arcade racing on iOS ended with this release.

Guess it'll be hard to find a better timed arcade racer on iOS. Add an 'Insert Coin' function and I'll be happy .

Any plans for another FF title with 3D graphics?

We're thinking about making a 3D racer.. probably a different theme, but still arcade and with an emphasis on speed

Excellent game! Great graphics, super-retro feel, perfect handling. (I actually like the tilt control the best, and that's saying something) Cool style, fantastic sense of speed, love the music, too! Completely kicks ass on the first one! If you liked Outrun back in the day, you'll totally dig this! Can't go wrong here! A must-buy IMO. Highly recommended. Geez, I'm drooling.....

How do the enemy drivers behave? Are they simply obstacles as in the first game (if I remember correctly) or do they have their own AI?

Cars now pass each other.. but don't do much else.
There's however a challenger which is rather aggressive.
You get more points from beating the challenger dude at each check point. And there are a couple of achievements from beatimg him every time to the end.

Loving this ! I'm a huge Out Run fan, the first Final Freeway game was very good, this ones even better, bought this morning and really enjoying it
