Debug help wanted!

Some users of my current game have an error in the first or second level.
Unfortunately, I can't replicate this error on my devices.

Is anybody out there who want's to play Tapbounce and give me a detailed error description, if the freeze appears.

Device, iOS version, what you've done in the game?
