Yep, looks like Skyroads alright.

I wanna get it, but this whole SD/HD thing is annoying me. I'm presuming the HD version will work on iPhone 4, but it's not optimized, right? Asking because I don't wanna double dip for this if I end up getting an iPad 3 down the line. :/

There are two Version. SD + HD. Grab the Version that does fit your needs better.

Grab the HD Version. It should run fine on the iPhone 4 as far as I can tell you.
