Quote:
Are the M3CHs our wardens or our saviours?

The 22nd Century has not brought the bright future we had hoped.

The ravaged Earth lies exhausted beneath an obliterated Moon. The debris of humanity has fractured violently into wealthy corporations, militaristic governments and aggressive outland scavengers. As the world emerges from the ashes of the apocalypse the human race battles for survival in the all encompassing shadow of the M3CH:

Colossal, versatile and lethal war machines now dominate the Earth’s scorched skyline.

Make war on your oppressors face to face in the M3CH arena and pilot your way to freedom and super-stardom in a nightmare vision of the future. Fight your way out of the slums. Enter the Tournament. Customise your salvaged M3CH and decimate the mighty pinnacles of M3CH technology in savage M3CH Combat. Own the M3CH arena with a devastating array of Class types, weapons, add-ons and pimp your ride with customisable paint-jobs.

With Gripping gameplay become part of the future that should never have been. Battle hardcore AI opponents and profit big or devastate your rivals in competitive multiplayer. Gamble away your winnings or cut through wave after wave of Cleaver squads as they tear apart your M3CH for parts in vicious Scavenger Mode.

M3CH combat deploys the full impact of Unreal3 Next Generation technology to realise a world beautifully imagined by industry topping concept art.

You will carry your arena with you in your iPhone and iPad, with future plans for PC.

Welcome to 2100.

M3CH isn’t just a game, its diverse universe which we are keen to continue expanding with the help of you the player/audience. In conjunction with the game we are developing a soundtrack and digital graphic novel to help root the world by explaining what came to pass, both of which are available as rewards for any level of donation.

THIS. IS. MY. GOTD (game of the device).

Armored Core (visuals & design) meets Mech Warrior combat (relatively slow paced, more realistic and less convoluted).

Words fail to capture how overjoyed I am.

Talk about a full package! This looks fantastic, and developing a graphic novel and soundtrack with it is simply impressive. I am absolutely looking forward to getting all of this, and participating as soon as all of this hits release - ASAP I hope.

The demos' graphics are so so, but its understandable concidering its work in progress.

What is promising is the deep going yet broad ambitions the devs seem to have for their concept

What im most excited about are the mechs themselves. They look awesome yet by looking at them u realize the guys behind the designs are heavy duty OCD; they've actually tried to design them with considerations that would be relevant if they were built in real life

BUT... (and thats a BIG one)...

Take a closer read of their following piece of wording

Aaaah, that... Now that reeks of IAPs all over it!

Or perhaps the present dev on the thread can state me wrong?

Default Regarding IAP

Hey PureRumble - You can play through m3ch happily without any in app purchases, we believe in selling the game at a one-off reasonable price so the player can enjoy the experience without in-game ads or pushy monetization.

The references to gambling your winnings in multi player are referring to the in game credits you earn from winning single player matches rather than real money. Which is also spent on new mechs and weapons.

"The demos' graphics are so so" Any chance on elaborating on this?
we care greatly that our universe is correctly presented and if people see weak areas will would like to address them.

Cheers guys for the comments, sorry to hear dubstep isn't your choice of music!
