Ahhh, saw the title and was expecting something like Lazer Squad .....

Still looks worthwhile though.

Games that will never leave my iPad : Great Big Wargame, Battle Academy, Battle of the Bulge, Ravenmark and Hunters 2.

This is a definite instabuy. A great game for any tbs fan with great customisability and strategy. I hope people will give it a fair chance because Tactical Warrior didn't get the success it deserves.

Current Favorites:
Agricola, Ascension: Chronicle of the Godslayer, Carcassonne, Card City Nights, & Outwitters.

This looks truly good. I'm leaping, one turn at a time

Any plans for online multiplayer? (If so, remember to make it asychronous An online multiplayer turn-based game without asynchronous mechanics not only invites the ire of all of us nags in the async community , but is also a massively wasted opportunity. As long as the game can also be enjoyed in real-time, it is all gain, no loss for all players. There are many, many of us who will not even consider purchasing a game for online play unless it offers asynchronous play, since we simply never find the time for real-time sessions.)

Could never get into Tactical Warrior due to it's hideous art and graphics (no offense to the dev), but this one I really like. Very suitable to mobile play, great gameplay and decent (charming even) visuals this time. Great price too.

Recommended.

Would be all over if the game was universal! With an iPad(3) as my only iDevice I just can't bring myself to play games in 2x zoom No matter how potentially good they are (with the exception of Kairosoft games which for the most part warrant breaking the rule). Will wait for impressions as this looks great but I just can't readily bite as it is not so much a matter of graphics but rather display quality, and most games (IMO) are annoying to play in zoom. Would love to hear what some of you that do buy this have to say about the game though and will definitely add to my wishlist!

To the devs: any chance of a universal update or iPad version?
