Why are there so many pucca games in the AppStore? Is it copyrighted or can any old bum make a pucca game without paying for licensing/royalties?

This actually looks like one of the better pucca games though, but there's been some shockers.

I don't know. lol I like this one so far. I'm at Level 15 now.
