I would be too soon for a Vs. Rating (after few plays... :/) but from what I gathered so far, these are the differences:

1. You have bosses, and you slowly remove parts from them until total defeat

2. This goes down and south

3. This is level based

4. You go faster as you collect coins in a streak

But it looks good and fun, will buy it tonight but I am pretty sure about this
