Mame4iOS & Mame4All ICP controls

I don't know who thought it was a good idea to make my X and A buttons on my new icontrolpad the "Coin" and "Start" buttons but I am having a nightmare trying to remap these.

I went and changed X to Button 2 but now whenever I hit X not only does it act as button 2 but it also adds a new coin and that sound is annoying.

Is there anyway I can manually edit the config file or do something because this is an absolute nightmare. I'd like the X button to be button 1, B button to be Button 2, A button 3, Y button 4 and the two buttons on the back can be buttons 5 and 6 and the select and start buttons be the coin and start buttons. I'm shocked that I'm the only one that came up with this idea, seems like common sense to me.

I am in ICP mode.

I'm having similar problems with my iCade Mobile and Mame4All/iOS. So frustrating that I spent half the day tracking down iFBA compatible roms for the games I wanted to play most in Mame and jumped ship. I only go back to Mame for games that use 1 button or less.
