Does look good but wonder how the 1 finger controls really work. Eg relative touch or something else?

Hello,
I'm the developer of Sphoxie and the controls work by sliding your finger in the direction you want the little dude to go, the further away you slide your finger from the initial position the faster he will go. Here a little trailer to see the game in action! Low bandwidth Version | Pop Up Last edited by Red1; 11-21-2012 at 05:57 AM.. |

Seems like a cross between Marble Blast and Hamsterball, which is no bad thing. Any iPad retina support?

Right i'll take the plunge !
Just bought it, story at the beginning, might need a skip button ! Played the first level, love the retro sounds and the graphics. Controls are great, its like relative touch, can speed up the way you roll by pressing again closer or further away from the character. At the end of level 1 some funny blocks tried attacking me (pushing me off), was quite cool, reminded me of an old arcade game where you have to bump the characters off the edge. Would love a jump button in this, perhaps in a later level you can jump. But as for a 'rolling' marble madness-esque style game its great. This reminds me slightly of an old 8 bit classic - Bobby Bearing Glad i picked it up now, like i say its like a modern twist on Marble Madness. Looking forward to playing the later levels |
