Default Photoshop template for AppStore icons
Do you know any updated Photoshop template for icons needed for AppStore ?
I mean template with icons for newest devices fe. iPad mini ?

What specific "Photoshop template" are you taking about? I know of none.

Icons are the same size across all devices.

??? They are not. 57,72,114,144 and 1024 not to mention the plentora of small icons

You can download the template from here:

http://www.pixelresort.com/blog/app-icon-template/

It has all required resolution and will save the icons at the desired size.
