Bootcamp partition help

I am using a Macbook Pro with a Bootcamp partition for Windows 8. I installed Paragon HFS+ so I can read/write HFS partition in Windows. I don't have much space because I am using SSD and resizing partition didn't work. I want to install apps to HFS partition in Windows. Does this create an error or crash the HFS partition which contains OS X Mountain Lion ? Thanks
