No, it's a full game and for the short time I've spent with it I didn't see any IAP's at all. Beautiful graphics, but I'd like to see the water movement (waves) affect the game play and a speed boost/nitro in the first update. Water seems flat. Maybe some pick-ups, weapons would be nice. Not a bad start here. Got a lot to build on right now, though. Why can't someone make one of these at least as good as Wave Race was? C'mon, man.
