Looks like it might be fun, and the controls intrigue me. I'll be looking out for anyone's reports on how it plays.

Long gone are the days of TOFTT. Come on guys...someone step up.
inb4whydontyou? Well, because I'm not very keen on games with a slingshot mechanic these days. Still interested though. EDIT: Added a gameplay video to the OP. Hmmm...not bad. *scratches beard* Last edited by metalcasket; 12-28-2012 at 07:53 AM.. |

Omg ! What a play through...
Just wanted to give some feedback before i saw this video for the first time. Some useful tips there are, to play it way different then i did/found out so far. But since there is just a supershort tutorial, it's up to you to find out what's possible with these pretty nice and easy working slingshots. The player in the vid knows exactly where is who or what. I'm miles away of his accuracy. (currently about level 3-3 but i didn't see that level he played). I really have to play more, after i watched the vid another few times, before i can say more about exact this/my issue with the accuracy. Just about ten achivments (don't care anyways), no flip-screen !! and a few other little things that sums it up to...I can't recommend it from the heart, but still...i do like this unique little character ! |

Played a few games with this new won technic from the video,
and i get more and more comfortable and precise, indeed ! Despite the lots of flaws (as Rōnin has the same) i say now: Recommended ! (if a buck doesnt hurt you buy it now) If the Devs come on board - for the "time junkies" a must to have a leaderboard, otherwise i don't see to much of a replay value here. Good luck. |

Definitely there is some ramp-up to mastering the controls. That's one thing I'd like to tutorialize better in-game in the future, and spend some more time working out a few kinks in the levels that make certain jumps awkward. The level played in that video is #17, in the 4th world of the game. I didn't think the ability to rotate was such a biggie! We'll definitely add that to our improvements list for future updates. Thanks again for giving Rubber Bandito a shot! |
