Baseball Superstars 2012 strategy guide? or advice?

Well I found this game it's a lot of fun. But i hate cash shops I mean I don't mind dropping a few dollars here and there if I really like something.

Anyway I'll get to the point. Anyone know any strategy's for this game to get the most out of it for free.

I'm a bit lost seems like there is so much stuff and the game don't seem to tell you to much.

Anyway any advice or link to a strategy guide would be awesome. I'm addicted to the game.
