Seeking Composer for Shmup

I'm looking for a composer to develop an original soundtrack for a side scrolling retro shoot-em up.

Scope:
- intro/title theme (~10 seconds, drum only)
- main theme (~40 seconds loop with melody)
- boss battle loop (~20 seconds loop with drum/chords)
- game over theme (10 seconds, melody, no loop)

The game has similarities to Nemesis/Gradius/Salamander/LifeForce, so something that could evoke the same feelings would be ideal.
ChipTunes is ok.
