Looks interesting. Why iOS 6 only?

From the upcoming thread the developer, PixEye, explained the following difference between free and paid editions on 11/18/12. It's possible some that some things have changed but at that time he said...

As an aside, notice the Undead Cows [screenshot #3]... perhaps my ploy of begging every developer to show up in the upcoming thread to add zombie cows to their game finally paid off.

I downloaded the free version for a quick look. It has advertisements that annoyingly cover part of the character information screen during game play. According to the unlock screen, the full version does not have ads and allows accessing all the character types.
My quick impressions of the game is that it is simple, but fun with attractive art. One thing that puts me off is that the graphics does not use the full screen on my iPad. Lord Gek is listed as a tester, so hopefully he will chime in with his opinion of the game. I always find Tim's impressions to be very reliable. |

Agreed. There are black bars on either side of the screen. It's not a huge issue, but you have to wonder why...

I tested for the game. Enjoyed it quite a bit. It's simple, not perfect but fun!
It's art style and the way it's organized is exceptional. Needless to say, I bought it right away. I think it will be one of those that'll be great for some and just eh for others. Wish I could help more. I love it though! |
