TA App Request: In-app download

I've been using TA App for sometime and it's incredible. It crossed on my mind that if we can download an app without leaving TA App, that would even be better! Therefore I do some research, Facebook & Flipboard is using this method as well, by using SKStoreProductViewController.

Even though this would be awesome, wouldn't it be a risky move considering the AppShopper app was pulled for being too much like the App Store?

Appshopper: too much like App Store in terms of layout and function meanwhile providing function that is too much similar. (except adding some useful stuff like wishlist, but that is available in iTunes as well).
As for the remote view controller, it's provided by the SDK, so I guess using it doesn't make an app becomes "similar to the App Store".

2.25 Apps that display Apps other than your own for purchase or promotion in a manner similar to or confusing with the App Store will be rejected

The Toucharcade app features curated lists and reviews as a primary component something that the App Store does not do.

Since the core is still curated content, reviews, discussion forum, with function of being able to download the listed games (and also totally different layout), I think TA App won't be pulled, but then again, everything depends on App Store review team... and also TA App dev team as well
