Word Jewels and iOS6

Just updated my operating system to iOS6 on my ipad. Word Jewels2 now freezes up and doesn't run smoothly at all.

Is there a fix to this? Really enjoy the game and would hate to have to abandon it.

Anyone else have these issues?
