Default FUTURE RACER by Assyria Game Studio COMING SOON -1 Week Introductory price of $0.99

OUT FRIDAY 18TH OF DECEMBER!

INTRODUCTORY SALE FOR 1 WEEK AFTER RELEASE - 59P/$0.99, (RRP £1.19/$1.99)!

Game Description

The incredibly slick Future Racer is a high speed, anti-gravity racer boasting fully 3D environments and a wide range of fiendish tracks set to test your reflexes to the limit.

From complicated toxic sewer networks, winding forests littered with hazards and vast cityscapes, each of the six tracks are bursting with character. Future Racer strikes the perfect balance between delivering high speed thrills and impressive visuals, without compensating style for speed.

Integrating full tilt control, the game is easy to pick up and play but difficult to master, with fiendish AI players and the ongoing pressure of racing against the clock. Moving away from combat-based pickups, Future Racer focuses purely on speed and skill, with power-ups including speed boosts and subtracting precious seconds from your finishing time.

Features

-Simple accessible controls utilize the iPhone and iPod Touch tilt functionality.

-Six wildly different tracks and six racing vehicles with differing strengths and weaknesses.

- Compete against fiendish AI players to unlock medals and trophies.

- Compare high scores worldwide with AGON online.

- A collection of beneficial pick-ups to utilize throughout each race.

- Visually stunning full 3D environments.

- A fully licensed soundtrack from Triptik.

Looks good, but kinda hard to control. The camera should be a little further away from the vehicle, and the should be options in the menu for easy, medium, and hard modes. But other than that it looks pretty good, like Low Grav Racer.

That trailer is a little old/ is old gameplay , but thanks for posting it Stud!

Since that video theres been a bunch of changes:
- 2 of the levels changed.
- Online Leaderboard with facebook and twitter interaction,
- New Menu GUI,
- Vehicles put into classes,
- Lots of optimizations.

Also it is very hover focused/ based on a hover vehicle. So there is a strong drifting focus . We really wanted to differentiate it from Low Grav and the others whereby the controls are very exact, so it is quite easy to pick up and play; but difficult to master! (If any of you have played ridge racer then it was kind of based on that concept whereby it's more about what we think feels fun, rather than a very realistic experience in terms of control).

I expect some people will really like the controls, and some who are used to a more traditional racing game are going to initially struggle with the physics on the ship; but we wanted something a bit different so we decided to take that risk, looking forward to some feedback from you guys once we release it tho!

Also were working on an update for it at the moment also, so I'll add easy/ medium and hard gameplay modes to the list of potential features to add! If any of the rest of you have any suggestions after release then again, feel free to let me know!
