Add Civilization Revolution to the TBS. The graphics are a bit messy, but the gameplay is rock-solid.

And Red Conquest is without a doubt the best RTS on the platform. The UI is confusing at first, but it's extremely elegant once you're accustomed to it.

sorry I should have specified, I was just rushing when I made the topic post. I have all those RTS games, and both TBS games, including Battle for Wesnoth and Rogue Planet

I agree, the RTS genre is severely lacking on the iphone platform.
