The new Prisoner 84 HD v2.0 (Universal) is out now.

It's a third-person action/adventure game that sees the player take control of a psychotic inmate who is attempting to escape Tryton prison. The game features a mixture of Res Evil over the shoulder style action as well as classic adventure game style puzzles - with a dash of Silent Hill atmosphere .

We've tried to mix a few styles so hopefully everyone can find something to enjoy. The game now works on everything from 1st gen iPod to the new iPad at all normal and retina resolutions. There's some older media below to whet your appetite - and we should get more updated images and maybe a new video soon.

WOW, judging from the videos the control scheme seem really innovative and interesting, gameplay and atmosphere look promising, too.
But it´s today too late for me to TOFT. it´s 1 am and In need some sleep

Hiddenj, what a stunning effort! After the first few minutes of play, I'm very impressed - the graphics are incredible, the frame rate is very smooth (iPod touch 3g 8gb), and best of all, the game oozes atmosphere! It has a "shutter island" vibe, which is an epic win in my book. I'll be posting more impressions later.

I also wanted to point out some difficulties I had with the movement arrows. It's a bit easy for my finger to slip beyond the trigger zone, resulting in unexpected hault. Also, if you implemented diagonal movement, I think it would be a plus. Maybe a floating analogue stick would be the ultimate solution, though I don't care about actual analogue movement in this game.

Overall, I m really impressed - thank you for this game!
