I launch my self through the levels now, at first i was mega slow (my worst being 25 minutes for the last level in grassland at first playthrough)

but now im swaying like no bodies business so i dont think it would slow it down
as hitting a checkpoint isnt hard at all so why should a switch.

like the idea of a cannon though, but it removes from the actual game play as you have no control. maybe something like a zip line so u have to hold on and switch between lines etc.
I too have become very fast, I can easily finish earlier levels in less than 5 seconds, some even in 2 seconds. Just purely for the throwing experience. But I still feel it's a bit slow for some reason. Idk, maybe the suffering I had when swaying slowly affects my opinion.

If hitting a switch is as easy as a checkpoint, then I'm all for it. It can be in an obscure place like the keys too. I thought the switch would be small and needs accuracy to switch it, even more than 'goal'.

In that case, canon is the one that needs accuracy, so players can't just be 'roughly there' and get thrown. Say, they must put both hands on the cannon to launch it.

na i'd get annoyed with a small button.
i meant something like the checkpoint, but as you said like the keys are in off the beaten track location.

i think the developers will come up with some great ideas in the coming months

Switching subjects, what about having each character getting to spend the stars they acquired in a level in a shop, with upgrades, such as speed or strength, or just clothes for that certain character?

Update status report

As you can see we are working hard on the update. So far we have knitted a stuffed toy version of Ninja Man. World's first stuffed animal from an iPhone game? I believe so!

Isn't he cute? ;)

Have you made Lizzie and all the others? Or is ninja your "special" one?

Anders, if only iPhone had a hole for mobile strap like all asian mobiles, then you could make a mobile strap version of these characters. I'd sure buy Robo bob.

Will customisable characters ever come? in distant future?
