This is a pretty awesome shooter. It's based in an arena filled with mummies, bats, and the like. Haven't tried multiplayer yet, but I hope to soon. There is one difficulty level, and it's hard. With certain characters it seems easier, but still quite fast and furious. It gets even harder when you get hit, because your gold gets taken away. This makes leveling up your weapon quite difficult, not to mention every game you'd have to level it again.

Pretty addictive so far. Turning on auto aim definitely helps with the difficulty level. Also if you lose a level and choose to restart, your weapon doesn't go back down to level 1. Animations on the machine gun are also really cool. Bullet casings spewing onto the floor. Another neat feature is the character variety. They don't all shoot at the same speed, damage, or with the same projectile.

I don't think there is any doubt where a serious dose of inspiration for this game has come! But it's definitely something we've been lacking and the game has been very well done. I'm actually pretty impressed how well the multiplayer controls work here. And the characters are different enough that especially with two players when things are bit less chaotic you can actually get some good tactical element going too.
