Wouldn't it be cool to have a really big "epic" game on the iPhone, though?

Actually, a serious response to this thread is that I would love to them do the Working Designs Lunar remakes (complete with anime cutscenes) the same way that Vay was successfully ported to the iPhone.

I've never tried the computer version, but it looks like it's right up my alley.
I heard the iphone version needed some work, but I'd like to see it resurface soon.

I'd like just about any FPS ported.

arcade brawlers like the simpsons, or ninja turtles would be cool.
maybe tilt the device to move your character around the screen?
I guess we won't know how well that works til somebody tries it.

I heard something about Bioshock. and words can't explain how much I love that game...

there's many computer games from the 90's I'd like to see.

Anybody remember "Military Madness"? I believe it was also known as "Nectaris". I must have put a thousand hours into that on my trusty old Turbografx 16 back in the day. It's fairly similar to Advance Wars on the GBA/DS but even more fun IMO.

Also, anything along the lines of Disgaea, Final Fantasy Tactics, Warsong (Remember that on Sega Genesis?) or pretty much anything being put out by Atlus these days.

These would all be perfect choices for to port to the iPhone.

BTW - I fully agree with NJPodder about the Lunar series. I think they did a fantastic job porting Vay - I really hope they are making enough cash to make other ports worth their while.

Military Madness was added to the Wii Console, it twas much fun and would make for a good port, but I do believe nintendo owns some of the rights to it, so good luck with that

i would like to see Archon {i believe EA owns the rights to that now}
and a Command and Conquer Style Game, RTS [again, Westwood via EA]

i heard worms is being ported, that will be fun

and some good Risk Style Games would be addicting
