I'm not sure about specific finishers, but I know that the grapple moves have been different when my opponent is tired. Mysterio also does a move if you run to the ropes (R & B buttons together) then press the B button shortly after bouncing off the ropes. He'll jump back on the ropes and backflip onto the opponent if he's near.

Just played through the main event and afterwards it put me right back in the main menu. No cutscenes, no achievement unlock, nothing. I'm praying for updates

I can also confirm that CM Punk does the GTS finisher.

This game had the potential to be awesome...
Couldn't add just a few seconds of entry audio music for each wrestler? Simple announcer commentary of special moves like the arcade version? Normal sound effects and proper character size scaling? Just those few things could've made this a quality release. As mentioned, the game is fun, but the original reigns supreme by far. P.S. I hate the 8-bit title music. It sucks. |

I'm just hoping that THQ address some of the issuse about music and commentary and not just churn out new wrestlers each month (not that I'm saying I won't be buying the new dlc) I'm just hoping they add more than just new characters. I'm still enjoying this though, but then again half of the fun for me is the pure nostalgia remembering when I used to watch WWF all the time when I was younger. Like someone else posted that quote "it's still real to me" |

My 9-year-old is a HUGE WWE fan, and he's over the moon about this. I can see the flaws that he overlooks, but he says that all of the finishers are accurate for each wrestler. That plus the mix of old and new wrestlers is enough for him.

Wow I just tried to play this online. It's the worst slow down/lag I've ever seen, its impossible to play. For a 2D fighter how can they have made it so broken?
Looks like I'll be sticking with the single player. |

Hey everyone. New to the site. I visit all the time, but never posted or made a username or anything until now. I bought this game this morning and think it's pretty fun. I am a WWE mark so I'll enjoy it just to see Boss Man fight Punk, lol. I do have a question that I can't seem to figure out, maybe someone here knows. When I get thrown to the ropes, a little white button with finger pushing it shows up in the middle, which I am assuming is to try and reverse or something. I can't figure out what to press though. If I hit where the button animation is on the screen, it just pauses the game. Anyone know how to reverse with that button or whatever? Thanks!

I've wondered the same thing as above. No matter what I've pressed I can never reverse moves. Would have been nice to have this included in the instructions lol.

In the manual it says to press punch to stop running the ropes. But that hasn't worked for me either.
