The bull is there with the goal of creating end game situation where anybody can win. This is naturally "unfair" but it's also very most fun and exciting so we wanted design the game like that. What we've been thinking is that the game is too long, do think that it should be shorter, like one longer round/act or just two rounds/acts? These things are linked as I guess it could make sense to introduce the bull in the second round if the we keep the 3 rounds/acts structure. If we change the game to be 1 round only then the bull could be there from the start, and that way likely all players would have the chance to experience the power & fun of being the bull tenor!
