Yeah, the jump flicking doesn't work but when you touch above ground level -you jump. And the scans goes all wonky at times. And i keep crashing when its about to load for 'something' (i.e. walking up to Grav Boots; walking up to door). Will definitely try again with update. Maybe because it's an iPad?

@GoofyJmaster It'll be similar, I'm fine tuning the left side touch/walk control. and you can also switch back to two big left right buttons(no more angle buttons
and the right side is now a analog which controls aim

@R3TAL1AT3 are you running on a iPad 1 or 2? I never even tested on iPad 1

Video of the new touch controls, head shots, new boss, new look for the flamethrower.



Notes on the videos
1) sorry it's such bad quality, I record it using my iPad.
2) this video shows the head shots, but as you'll see sometimes the zombies just get worse when you shot off their heads (fans of RE4 might find this familiar) most of the time it just kills them off in one hit.
3) you can jump using the jump button or pulling up on the left joy stick, the jumping using the joy stick will be possible to shut off.
4) now to release the safety on larger weapons you pull down on the left joy stick.
5) I'm thinking I'll have the dash possible by double tapping the left joy stick. any thoughts on that?

5. It would be a swell idea.

Looks like you really took close attention to the things we said which always a PLUS in my book. The new controls AND going up the stairs seems a lot more fun now.

Can't wait for the release!

Liking the sound of all of those improvements. Unfortunately havnt touched the game since my first play due to fighting with the controls, but star marine like stick for shooting I think that the control problems should go away. Now if only you could speed up the load screens a bit too.
Definitely going to give the update a good go.

Yeah... Only played the game twice. But i will definitely play again with the new control scheme. Im actually excited to see how this plays out!
