Forums Usage policy question

Dear Moderator,

I have been banned three times from the forum. I read the policy all three times and obeyed it completely with all my best efforts of understanding it. But, to no avail. I am just not sure why am I getting banned everytime I post one simply game link ( youtube, iTunes and description). I am a developer and post my apps on the forums.

I have exhauseted all my email accounts, Could you please please please point me out where I am doing any wrong ? I also tried sending messages to moderator to request the reason, so that I don't repeat it again....
