Technical question!
When taking down a giant skull, is the damage I do by popping skulls based only on the number of adjacent skulls popped or is it the size of an adjacent group popped that counts (even if only one of the group of popped skulls was touching the giant skull)? |

It's all about balance: fewer might spawn with each 'dump' of new skulls, less health would be lost when the skulls reach the edge of the screen, giving you more time to tap. So, for example, a boss would take more damage if they are completely surrounded by a group of skulls of the same color that are destroyed all at once. So, it's better to wait until the bosses are surrounded by like skulls before you tap the group. The hammer is a pretty efective boss destroyer. It will cause 1/10 DAM of the bosses total health per tap (in hammer tap mode)....so any boss can be destroyed with a maximum of 10 hammer taps, less if they have already been damaged! |
