Looking for an exploration-type game

Hello TouchArcade,

I have been looking for a good "Exploration-type" game to play on my iPhone 4s, or preferably, my 3rd-gen iPad. I'm looking for something that is similar to the awesome, Sonic Adventure for Dreamcast, or something like Mario 64, etc.

Does something similar to this exist?

For games where the exploration aspect is the core part of the gameplay ..there is Aquaria and Waking Mars. They are both really brilliantly done! As Darth Ronfar mentioned, Aquaria is only for the ipad.
