I playing with my 7 year old grandson and we are in the same place as Web-head. I have the chip but can get it to work. ALso have bulb but no film and found the safe behind the dining rom picture but can't open it tried 3284 but nothing happens it wouldn't even reject the number just nothing.. Help!!

•••Spoiler:  Click on door on the computer and it will ask for the chip. Backup so you can see the whole computer and put the chip in. Then press door again and the door should open
