Since you can now complete Fragment of Dimensions you need to farm the bosses there for ultimate uniques and unique Dragon cards. The Network Super Dragon is the hardest boss in the game and many (90%) players have a really tough time

It's really up to you. I put a bunch of points in vitality, even after I got Heine, for survivability, but I also didn't really level grind. Most of the time monsters were anywhere between 2 and 10 levels higher than me. Now that I've got some better equipment, I bought a Stat Initializaton scroll and went full Dex.

Full dex is the way to go. Here's a post by Momosumomo who explain's why Full Dex Pochi is better

Full Dex built
+14 to all skill
attack power: ~3500
Crit Chance: roughly 30-50 %
Crit damage bonus passive: + 190%
average non crit damage (normal attack): 8000-12000
average crit damage (normal attack): 30000-50000

Full STR built
+14 to all skill
attack power: ~4000
Crit Chance: roughly 5-10%
Crit Damage bonus passive: +190%
average non crit damage (normal attack): 10000-15000
average crit damage (normal attack): 40000-60000

These figures are what I see generally pop up from playing the game. when I go full Dex, Pochi crit a lot, yea it does less damage than full STR built, but I crit easily 3 to 5x more often than going Full STR built.

Going full Dex also have benefits such as HIT and EVA. The Hit make it so i rarely miss monsters such as bosses. and the EVA is nice because I dodge hit from normal mobs pretty often. Also going full Dex increase Pochi's physical defense by around 250 so it is not bad at all.

I liked the Full Dex built much better, because when using skill, almost half of the hits generally crit and when it happens I see 50k-300k damage a lot (depends on mobs). It allows me to clear dungeons and kill bosses much faster.

I run level 99 same Network dungeons before with both built. The Full Dex built generally cuts down the time needed by 1-2 minutes, because my skill really cut down everything fast. Those extra crit make me have to waste less time to wait for skill cooldown. This holds especially true for bosses. With the exception of dragon, all level 99 bosses will general die as soon as I use the spining sword active skill and the slash sword wave active skill (pochi's last 2 slash active skill).

Network Dungeon tested with: Adelia Podium, Cube, Dracula's Mansion (all lvl 99)
