Title : A big & good help !
Comment : A good app, easy to use and helpful for those who want to lose weight.
Lots of services inside : diets, stats, calories counter ... all that you need to take care of your body.

Edit : after a few weeks of use, I can confirm that this app is really efficient :-)
Thanks

Thanks

It's a new gem I found to keep nice body.

You can set a goal to shape your body. There are some ready-made workouts in 8 categories. You can also customize your own workouts by choosing your objective, icluded or excluded food and the duration of the goal.

Some of the ready-made workouts are only available for pro version, which requires an extra payment.

I have some suggestions after using the app:

a.The establishment of user profile is a little buggy. You can improve it.

b.There can be a notification alert to remind users to follow the workouts.

c. Add Retina to support the New iPad.

Overall, the app is very suitable to most of people. You should try it. It's FREE and you won't regret using it!

Extensive Knowledge of CBT. Just send me a PM!

Isn't it against the rules to bribe people for good reviews?

Teh_Ninja, nobody's asking for good reviews. We welcome you to share your feedback and improvement suggestions - that's what we mean by "the best reviews. Not the ones that just say what's in the app, but the ones that can help make the app better.

I never thought this app would help me to stay fit and slim. I am amused with the content of this application that helped me a lot. This app takes the hardest part of dieting -- figuring out what to eat -- and makes it easy. Add to that a shopping list and you have no excuse to not start now. I love all the options and if the diet is unhealthy or known as a fad, they tell you that up front. Thanks for the wonderful job. I am going to add this to essential apps.

Thanks.

Great App

Goals are useful, this app might actually work in getting to my goal of losing weight :P
Keeps track of what you eat, which is helpful. Makes you more aware of what you're eating.
The videos and pictures along with descriptions are useful.
I suggest adding notifications as reminders to do things.
It's free, why not?
